Hey all, I want to hold space for a discussion of the healthiest diet out there for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I have been experimenting with this for years and personally feel the best on a vegan diet with mostly raw foods and a cooked meal for dinner. I do listen to my body and avoid being dogmatic. So I will eat eggs on occasion and meat rarely if I feel it. I also really love blue-green algaes like Spirulina and Chlorella. I have heard of and tried the ketosis and paleo diets. In many books on occult spirituality they speak of meats carrying the vibration of death and/or simply denser animalistic vibrations when compared to fruit and vegetables. What are your thoughts? Can Lincoln comment on this?
