Hi all,
Breathing meditation is perhaps the easiest way to begin meditating. A 5-10 minutes breathing meditation will definitely help to cultivate mindfulness. Stress is an extremely unhealthy condition. It causes the body to release a chemical called cortisol which has been shown to reduce brain and organ function. In such situations a breath mindfulness meditation will help. If you have never done/heard of it, you might find this blog really helpful.
